We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:
- Usage data — lessons completed, streaks, XP earned, features accessed, and time spent in the App.
- Device information — device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
- Crash and performance data — error logs and diagnostic information to help us fix bugs and improve the App.
- Push notification tokens — if you allow notifications, we store a token to send you reminders.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third-party services used in the App, such as analytics providers and authentication services, as described in Section 4 below.

- Provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
- Personalize your experience and your dog's training journey.

- AI / Large Language Models — your messages to the Doglio AI assistant may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. We do not use these messages to train AI models without your consent.
- Push Notifications — Apple Push Notification service (APNs) is used to deliver training reminders to your device.
- In-App Purchases — purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@doglio.online. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
